Eastern Kentucky has recently been hit hard by damaging flooding, suffering from record water levels in many places.
There are many individuals, nonprofits, and civic organizations across the region that are coordinating relief efforts.

This reuses empty cans and thrifted containers to make environmentally conscious soy candles. Proceeds from their candles go to climate focused organizations, and right now they are donating proceeds to the #EKYFloods relief efforts by making a contribution to the Foundation for Appalachian Kentucky.
