KRC Opposes Biosolids Regulations Proposed By Cabinet

In response to a 2023 bill adopted by the Kentucky General Assembly, the Energy and Environment Cabinet has proposed a weak and underprotective regulatory framework for land application of municipal wastewater plant sewage sludges.
