KRC Partners to Request Toxic PFAS a Remain a Priority in FY2021

« Latest News
On November 20, 2020, KRC joined with over 80 other organizations across the Nation in calling on the leadership of the House and Senate Appropriations Committees to continue to make addressing toxic per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), often referred to as “forever chemicals," a priority in this year’s Fiscal Year 2021 full year appropriations bill.

The letter supported PFAS provisions in both Senate and House bills intended to support the federal government’s scientific, regulatory and cleanup work, and strongly encouraged a final funding package to meet or exceed the spending levels in the House’s FY21 bills.
