KRC Comments On Amendment To Harrod Concrete and Stone Non-Coal Permit

KRC submitted comments in December, 2023 on an amendment to the Harrod Concrete and Stone non-coal permit, after a review of the Harrod Concrete limestone mine expansion application revealed that blasting would be affecting many more Frankfort residents and that the facility might be using a water of the United States as their ‘sediment pond’.  To read the comments, click here.
